Wagner Arte Frumoase si Povesti is the commercial name of: SC PAXDORF INDUSTRY SRL, with the social headquarters at Str. Dr. Carol Davila nr. 91, et. 2, ap. 7, sector 5, Bucharest, registered at the Trade Register under the number J40/18833/2021, VAT number RO 45151070.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Wagner Arte online shop provides you with unique, luxurious products as well as larger serial objects, realised by Ana Wagner in collaboration with other artists, belonging to the following categories:
- Precious jewellery, composed of hand painted porcelain with gold, silver, precious stones, pearls and Swarovski crystals
- A limited number of special collections made of hand painted porcelain or decorated through the decalcomanie technique
We periodically update the information regarding the availability of the products presented in our online store. However, as it is an artisan business, we do not guarantee that all products will be available immediately.
We aim to best present the characteristics of our products on site, from the colours used to the dimensions, and for the images and information best reflect the real product. Keep in mind that all Wagner Arte products are unique, hand painted pieces, each having its own story and imprint. The color accuracy may vary depending on your device settings therefore we cannot guarantee that all product features will be rendered exactly.
3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
Every Wagner Arte jewellery piece is made by Romanian artists and craftsmen and is of high
quality. We recommend that you carefully use your jewellery when wearing
carefully so that you can enjoy it for as long as possible.
Porcelain is painted with gold or platinum and depending on the friction they are subjected to, they will resist more or less on porcelain.
Our mounts are made in silver, gold plated silver or gold.
Throughout the wear period, we will assist you with maintenance services for a fee.
We recommend that you wash your jewellery with soap and water or gently wipe with a soft cloth.
Rings or bracelets
• Avoid crushing them on hard surfaces
• We recommend that you do not wear them while bathing, swimming or in mineral springs.
Table sets
We recommend that you hand wash them carefully and do not put them in a dishwasher or microwave.
After a while or when needed, objects can be brought to freshen up the gold or platinum.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
The payment options are:
- In the case of the payment option "Online by bank card" you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill in a form with the information about your card.
- Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by Visa / MasterCard card organizations and which ensures the same online transactions. level of security as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
- "3-D Secure" ensures in the first place that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the virtual store.
- Bank transfer
The price and delivery method are specified in every order. Wagner Arte invoices the customer for the products purchased and the customer must provide all information necessary for the invoice according to the legislation.
The ownership of the products will be transfered to the customer upon delivery and payment.
For online card payments, the transaction will appear as wagnerarteshop on the client’s bank statement. The online payment is realised through the PlatiOnline service (www.plationline.ro), in maximum security conditions, without any additional commission.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the product you ordered, you may return or exchange the product as long as the product does not show any signs of wear and still has the tags on.
If you wish to return it, you have 14 days from the order date. If you wish to exchange it, then please send an email to office@wagnerarte.ro with the request.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we will reimburse you the full amount. Transportation costs in the case of a return or exchange are at the expense of the customer.
We kindly ask you to return the product in the same packaging you received to ensure a smooth transportation. We do not take responsibility for products returned in poor condition.
You may use any transportation service you wish, however, we recommend using Fan Courier.
7. WARRANTY
All Wagner Arte marketed products are in accordance with the current legislation - Laws 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992. The warranty certificates are issued by us. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
We aim to ensure all products are up to premium standards. In the situation that the product you received is faulty, we ask you to return it as soon as possible in accordance with our return policy from point 5 - Returns & Exchanges.
• Jewellery with 24k gold plated silver chains or earrings closure has a warranty of 1 year.
• Jewellery with porcelain mounted in silver has a warranty of 2 years.
• Porcelain jewellery and objects such as „art de la table” have a warranty of 2 years.
The warranty is only valid with the Certificate of Authenticity filled out and signed by us at the moment of purchase.
The warranty is not valid in case of poor product use such as: wear marks, discoloration, scratches, breakage, missing pieces.
For extended life duration, during the warranty period, we offer services replating and repainting with gold or platinum - free of charge.
8. PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights (logo, design, brand and copyright) present in the Wagner Arte online shop are property of SC PAXDORF INDUSTRY SRL and represents law protected content. Copying, storing, or using this content in any way, partially or fully, other than for personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited and will be object of criminal prosecution.

9. APPLICABLE LAW/LITIGATION
The present business transactions fall under the Romanian law. Any litigation that may appear between Wagner Arte and its clients/buyers will be solved in an amiable way or and if that is not possible, the litigation will solved by the Romanian competent courts from Bucharest.
If the above terms and conditions prove to be ineffective in court, the other parties still apply.
